T.
Winter,
Chairman,
Chief
Executive
Officer
and
Founder
Mr.
Winter
has
more
than
25
years of
experience
building
and
growing
businesses,
new
ventures
and
industry-level
practices
within
the
electronic
commerce,
telecommunications,
data
networking,
CRM
and
business
process
outsourcing
industries.
He
spent
eight
years
at
Nortel
Networks
where
he
was
one
of
the
founding
members
of
the
Meridian
Norstar
Division,
considered
to
be
Nortel’s
most
successful
new
business
launch.
He
spent
over
10
years
in
electronic
commerce
and
business
process
outsourcing
at
GE
Information
Services,
Sterling
Commerce,
MSX
and
ClientLogic,
where
he
built
telecommunications,
electronics
and
utilities
practices.
Mr.
Winter
held
the
position
of
Vice
President
of
Sales,
Marketing
and
Business
Development
for
Telco
Research,
a
telecommunications
software
company,
where
he
was
instrumental
in
growing
the
business
from
$17
million
to
$40
million,
resulting
in
its
sale
and
an
increase
of
over
500%
in
stockholders'
equity.
While
at
Telco
Research,
Mr.
Winter
developed
new
Telco
channels
in
North
America
and
Europe
and
introduced
a
hosted
services
model
to
complement
the
company’s
software
distribution
model.
He
was
also
the
executive
in
charge
of
European
markets.
Wilk
Davis,
Senior
Vice
President
and
Chief
Technical
Officer
Mr. Davis brings nearly two decades of experience as a senior technology executive to nTelagent’s management team. Most recently he served as the Director of Internal Systems for ClientLogic Corporation, a leading international business process outsourcer in the contact center and fulfillment industry. Prior to that he was Vice President of Information Systems for ServiceZone, a top provider of outsourced call center services, including technical support, customer service and sales support (acquired by ClientLogic in 2004). At ServiceZone, Mr. Davis designed, implemented and supported server environments in multiple call center facilities and managed network staff, capital models and budgets. Prior to ServiceZone, Mr. Davis spent 9 years at Gateway in various technical support and IT roles, most recently as a Senior Infrastructure Design Engineer.
Irene
Barron,
Product Management and Customer Relations Officer
Ms.
Barron
has
more
than
20
years of
experience
in
business
office
operations
and
revenue
cycle
management.
She
began
her
career
in
the
early
1980s
as
an
insurance
biller
in
a
200-bed
facility.
Within
five
years
she
reached
the
level
of
Director
of
Patient
Accounts
and
completed
all
modules
of
the
HCA
Business
Office
Management
programs.
She
has
an
extensive
working
knowledge
of
registration,
insurance
billing,
collections
and
reimbursement,
as
well
as
overall
monitoring
and
reporting
of
accounts
receivable.
Ms.
Barron
has
been
instrumental
in
developing
and
implementing
policies
and
procedures
in
all
aspects
of
the
business
office
in
order
to
keep
up
with
the
ever-changing
healthcare
industry.
She
has
served
in
a
consulting
capacity
for
Triad
Hospitals
in
both
the
hospital
and
clinic
settings,
and
she
has
successfully
implemented
central
scheduling
departments
and
upfront
policies
and
procedures
in
order
to
maximize
accuracy
and
upfront
collections.
Ms.
Barron
holds
a
degree
in
supervisory
management
technology
and
is
a
member
of
the
Healthcare
Financial
Management
Association.
Ben A. Hornsby, Sales Officer
As co-founder of two successful start-up companies and former owner of a franchise business with multiple locations, Mr. Hornsby brings years of management and sales experience to nTelagent, along with the proven ability to identify market opportunities and envision creative sales strategies. Before joining nTelagent, he was Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales of North American Sleep Associates. As the owner of a NuMarkets franchise, Mr. Hornsby developed the overall sales strategy for NuMarkets and led the growth of the franchise from one unit to 12. Before that, he was the Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales for TractManager, a company that provides online contract management for the healthcare industry. At TractManager, he not only designed and oversaw the development of the contract management system, but also developed the business plan and secured $7 million in venture capital for the start-up. Mr. Hornsby earned his bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Tennessee.

Amaral,
Marketing and Business Development Officer
Ms.
Amaral
brings
over
25
years
of
diverse
healthcare
experience
to
nTelagent,
specializing
in
business
strategy,
marketing
and
product
development.
Her
recent
experience
includes
responsibility
for
developing
national
insurance
programs
for
large
retail
and
membership
organizations
and
product
leadership
in
medication
therapy
management
and
health
and
wellness
companies.
She
has
also
worked
with
individual
state
legislatures
and
Congress
to
draft
healthcare
legislation
relevant
to
small-business
issues
and
is
a
frequent
panelist
for
many
state,
regional
and
national
healthcare
conferences.
Ms.
Amaral
has
served
as
a
Senior
Vice
President
with
the
Tennessee
Hospital
Association,
as
a
not-for-profit
hospital
administrator
and
a
planning
and
marketing
strategist
with
Hospital
Corporation
of
America.
Ms.
Amaral
holds
a
master’s
of
public
health
in
hospital
administration
from
Yale
University
and
a
bachelor
of
arts
degree
from
University
of
Massachusetts
at
Amherst.
