Elaine Jenkins, Advisor: Business Office Operations

Mrs. Jenkins has more than 20 years of experience managing business office operations and providing training. She has worked for regional hospital companies, with national consulting firms, and in management at the local hospital level. Currently, Mrs. Jenkins is team leader for ASPIRE, a healthcare consulting service in business office operations, hospital patient access and hospital computer software. In this role Mrs. Jenkins works with clients to develop strategies and implementation plans to increase collections, manage and reduce denials, decrease bad debt and provide overall operation efficiency. Mrs. Jenkins was previously Vice President of Business Office Operations for Attentus Healthcare, overseeing the business office and registration service areas. She served in a similar capacity at Province Healthcare, as an AVP of Business Services in the central region. Mrs. Jenkins also has worked as manager in healthcare sciences with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, the regional PFS director for Quorum Health Services, and the PFS director for Middle Georgia Hospital in Macon, Georgia. She has served as a member of the Slow Payer/Prompt Pay Committee with the American Federation of Hospitals and also served as a member of the HIPAA Advisory Council for McKesson/HBOC.

Phil Suiter, Advisor: Healthcare Operations and Business Development

Mr. Suiter has over 25 years of experience in healthcare services and information technology in six start-up companies, having raised over $180 million for the ventures. He has served as President and CEO of Gordian Health Solutions, a leading wellness coaching provider; CEO and Founder of Vital Clinical Solutions, a Vanderbilt-sponsored preoperative software applications developer in healthcare; President and CEO of Stinger Medical, a leading manufacturer of wireless, mobile EMR and vital signs computers; and President and COO of NotifyMD, the emerging innovators of electronic messaging between patients and physicians. His experience includes co-founding Medical Properties of America, a privately held medical REIT that was sold to Windrose Medical Properties (NYSE:WRS). Mr. Suiter also served as a member of Inforum’s senior management team from the company’s inception to IPO (NASDAQ:INFM) and subsequent $377 million sale to Thomson Corporation.  

Laura Campbell, Advisor: Business Development, Healthcare and Investor/Media Relations

Ms. Campbell has two decades of experience launching and growing businesses–as an entrepreneur, an investor and a corporate communicator for both public and private companies. She is President & CEO of Laura Campbell & Associates, a business growth advisory firm that serves new and existing businesses as well as private equity investors. Since its formation in 1997, her firm has assisted more than 100 emerging businesses. Ms. Campbell's experience includes eight years in venture capital, as a partner of Massey Burch Capital Corp., investing in early-stage healthcare, technology and services companies. She is founder of the Nashville Health Care Council, an economic development organization. She has also served as head of investor relations and communications for a publicly held healthcare company.

Robert A. Bright, Advisor: Market Strategy and Marketing Operations

Mr. Bright is a senior executive with comprehensive and diverse experience developing and managing retention and acquisition marketing programs, communication strategies and channel sales programs for some of the top brands in the world, including GE, Procter & Gamble, PALM, Verizon, Cingular, NCR, Bell South, Sony, Microsoft, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems and Kraft Foods. Mr. Bright has both enterprise marketing and agency expertise. He has held senior level marketing management positions at several organizations, managed global agency relationships, and most recently held senior agency positions managing Fortune 500 accounts.
